Scope of Services

 

Clenvie agrees to provide cleaning services as specified in the agreed-upon service package, including but not limited to standard turnover cleaning, deep cleaning, restocking, and inventory management.

Payment Terms

 

The client agrees to the payment terms outlined in the invoice provided by Clenvie. Payment is due as follows: 50% booking fee to secure the service, and the remaining balance to be settled either before or on the day of service for your first clean.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

 

We understand plans may change. Clients can cancel or reschedule their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled service without incurring any additional fees.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the total service cost.

Late notification of guest extensions within 2 hours of the intended appointment time will also result in a 25% charge of total service cost, as this delays our cleaners from providing efficient services for all of our clients. 

At Clenvie, transparency and flexibility are paramount in our policies, ensuring a seamless and fair experience for our valued clients.

Access to Property

 

Clients agree to provide safe and secure access to the property at the scheduled service time. Clenvie is not responsible for any delays or issues arising from the client's failure to provide access or their guests who extend the stay without notice.

Quality Assurance

 

Clenvie is committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. In the event that the client is not satisfied with the services provided, they must notify Clenvie within 24 hours of service completion to discuss and address any concerns.

Liability

 

Clenvie will take reasonable care while performing cleaning services. However, Clenvie will not be held liable for any damage or loss to property or belongings that occurred during the cleaning process.

Termination of Services

 

Either party may terminate services with a written notice of at least seven days. Clenvie reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client fails to make payment as agreed or breaches any terms outlined in this agreement.

Confidentiality

 

Clenvie agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties.

Force Majeure

 

Clenvie shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, or equipment failures.

Governing Law

 

This agreement is governed by the laws of Texas, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the appointed Arbitration Association.
