    We cater to both one-time cleanings and recurring services. Whether you need a thorough deep clean or ongoing maintenance, we have flexible scheduling options to suit your needs. For our clients who have chosen Clenvie to be their primary service providers, we create a custom profile on each of your properties using your unique iCal link so that our team is automatically notified and assigned for service when a guest checks out. This ensures a more hands off experience so you can focus on what matters most, guest satisfaction.
  • Can I customize my cleaning service based on my property's specific needs?
    Absolutely! We understand that every property is unique. You can customize your cleaning service by selecting from various options, including deep cleaning, specific area focus, and extras.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We understand plans may change. Clients can cancel or reschedule their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled service without incurring any additional fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the total service cost. Late notification of guest extensions within 2 hours of the intended appointment time will also result in a 25% charge of total service cost, as this delays our cleaners from providing efficient services for all of our clients. At Clenvie, transparency and flexibility are paramount in our policies, ensuring a seamless and fair experience for our valued clients
  • Do I need to be present during the cleaning service?
    While your presence is not required, we welcome any specific instructions or preferences you may have. Many clients choose to provide access details during the booking process, allowing our team to efficiently complete the cleaning.
  • How do you handle key handovers and property access?
    Our PMS software allows us to input any details for accessing your property directly through our app. That would include any access codes, reference photos, and task details, ensuring a smooth and secure process.
